In 2018, Sal’s was acquired by Sr. Ernesto Delgado, who owns Tequila Museo Mayahuel and La Cosecha in Downtown Sacramento as well as Mesa Mercado in Carmichael. Sr. Delgado brings his love of Mexican culture, fresh foods sourced from the ‘Farm to Fork Capital of the World’, and his creativity to the iconic Sal’s.
